*A $50.00 monthly transportation fee will be applied to customers spending $500 or less per month.

Steps for sending a package via UPS

Request a UPS label

Call Customer Service at 1-888-965-9652 or go to zoetisreflabs.com/customers to create and print a shipping label. We will provide you with UPS shipping labels that are addressed to Zoetis Reference Laboratories.

You must use these UPS labels on all packages you send to Zoetis Reference Laboratories. This will ensure that your packages are delivered to us as quickly and as safely as possible.

Prepare the package

Put your labeled and packaged samples in the UPS Laboratory Pak and seal.

We have insulated mailers available for shipping in extreme temperatures. If you are using these, place everything, including ice packs, inside the insulated mailer, place the insulated mailer inside the UPS Laboratory Pak, and seal.

Peel and affix the UPS label. Multiple samples can go in one UPS Laboratory Pak.

Keep the separate, smaller "customer copy" label that contains the UPS tracking number for your records. In case any issues arise during shipping, having the UPS tracking number is essential when trying to locate your package.

Set up your clinic as a UPS Package Pickup Point

We recommend setting up your clinic as a UPS Package Pickup Point (UPS-PPP). This is a free service that will be completed for you during the onboarding process.

If you anticipate sending samples more than 3 times a week, scheduling a daily UPS pickup is recommended.

Once your package pickup point is activated and a schedule established, the driver will stop by daily within the assigned time frame, with no call or email required.
Note: The UPS driver will pick up any UPS packages at your location.
