Canceling an order

To cancel or delete an order once it has been submitted, call Zoetis Reference Laboratories (ZRL) support at 1-888-965-9652. Be prepared with these items before you call:

• Pet Name

• Accession ID

• Test Name

• Tracking Number (if applicable)

Note: It is not possible to cancel individual components of a bundled test.
