Creating a UPS shipping label

Follow these steps to create a UPS shipping label.

  1. From the side menu, choose Orders.
    Orders page

  2. Click Create a UPS Shipping Label. The Zoetis Reference Laboratories (ZRL) Guest Access Login screen opens in a new tab.

  3. Click Continue As Guest.

  4. Fill in information specific to your clinic in the designated fields. Required fields are marked with a Brown diamond.

  5. Click Process Shipment to create the UPS shipping label. The requisition form appears. To exit without creating a label, close the browser tab.

  6. Print the document to use as the UPS shipping label.
