ZoetisDx 2.15 Release Notes

ZoetisDx 2.15 includes the following new features and improvements.

• Market Expansion

  • ZoetisDx is now available for use in 10 additional Caribbean countries: Dominica, Haiti, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Guadeloupe, British Virgin Islands, Bonaire, Martinique, Sint Maarten, and Turks and Caicos Islands.

• Zoetis Reference Labs

  • Users with access to Directory of Services (DoS) test prices can now see test prices when adding a test to an order.

  • A Schedule Pickup button has been added to the Orders page that takes Zoetis Reference Labs customers to instructions for scheduling a sample pickup.

  • The statuses for orders have been updated to include a "Received" status that shows customers their order has been received at the lab.

• Consultations

  • Users have the ability to search for an existing patient when scheduling a consultation.

  • Users have additional time (20 minutes total) to enter information when scheduling a consultation.

• Help

  • The Help content was completely revised for clarity and accessibility and expanded to include more topics and screenshots.
