Requesting technical support

The Technical Support form allows you to report diagnostic technical support issues with Vetscan and i-STAT.

Follow these steps to submit a technical support request.

  1. Click Support in the side menu.

  2. Click Contact Support.

  3. Fill out the Zoetis Support Form. All fields marked with * are required.

  4. Click Submit.
