Reporting a courier pickup issue

Follow these steps to report an issue with a courier picking up a sample from your clinic.

  1. Choose Support from the side menu.

  2. Click Courier Pick Up Problem/Issue in the ZRL Customer Assistance section at the bottom of the page.

  3. Enter desired information. Your name and email will be entered for you from your user account information. All fields marked with * are required.

  4. Click Submit or Cancel to exit without submitting.
