Requesting a courier pickup

To request a courier pick up a sample from your clinic, follow these steps.

  1. Choose Support from the side menu.

  2. Click Courier Request in the ZRL Customer Assistance section at the bottom of the page.

  3. Enter desired information. Your name and email will be entered for you from your user account information. All fields marked with * are required.

  4. Click Submit or Cancel to exit without submitting.
