Asking a general ZRL question

Follow these steps to ask a general question about Zoetis Reference Laboratories (ZRL) or your ZRL account.

  1. Choose Support from the side menu.

  2. Click General Lab Question in the ZRL Customer Assistance section at the bottom of the page.

  3. Enter desired information. Your name and email will be entered for you from your user account information. All fields marked with * are required.

  4. Click Submit or Cancel to exit without submitting.
