Submitting an issue with or question about a lab order

Follow these steps to submit an issue with or question about one of your Zoetis Reference Laboratories (ZRL) orders.

  1. Choose Support from the side menu.

  2. Click Lab Order - Issue/Question in the ZRL Customer Assistance section at the bottom of the page.

  3. Enter desired information. Your name and email will be entered for you from your user account information. All fields marked with * are required.

  4. Click Submit or Cancel to exit without submitting.
