Resetting a forgotten password

If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it.

  1. From the login screen, click Forgot Password?.

  2. Enter your email and click Submit.

  3. Check your email for an email with the subject "Reset your ZoetisDx Password." If you do not see the email, check your junk or spam email folder.

  4. Click the link in the email to set a new password.

  5. Enter your new password.

  6. Enter new password again to confirm it.

  7. Click Submit.

  8. Click Back to Login.

  9. Follow the steps in Logging in.
