Two-factor authentication

The first time you log in, you will have to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). This additional step reinforces the security of ZoetisDx and protects you and your patient information. Follow these steps to set up two-factor authentication.

  1. Log into ZoetisDx.

  2. A one-time passcode will be sent to your email.

    3. Note: The passcode is only valid for a short amount of time. If you wait too long, you will have to send a new passcode to your email.

  3. Go to your email inbox.

  4. Locate the email with the subject "TFA Email verification" from Zoetis. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

  5. Copy or write down the verification code in the email.

  6. Enter the code into the authentication field.

  7. You can check the Remember me box to save your login information (do not choose this option if you are using a shared computer).

  8. The ZoetisDx Home page will open.
