Searching

You can search from most pages in ZoetisDx using the search bar at the top of the page.

The search results will display patients from your clinic's Vetscan FUSE and Hub devices, and Zoetis Reference Laboratories (ZRL) account that meet the criteria used for the search.

In the mobile app, you can bring up the search bar by clicking Magnifying glass icon.

Follow these steps to use the search bar.

  1. Enter an owner name, patient name, or patient ID in the search bar.

  2. Press Enter or Return on your keyboard.

  3. Search results will display. The search results will display patients who meet the criteria in any of the three fields (owner name, patient name, or patient ID).

  4. Click the Patient ID to view patient information.
