ZoetisDx 2.12 Release Notes

ZoetisDx 2.12 introduces a number of new features and improvements.

ZoetisDx 2.12 includes the following new features:

Home Page
- Upon logging into the ZoetisDx platform, you will land on a home page that provides immediate access to recent Patient's Results and Zoetis Clinical Consultation Services. The home page is designed to provide easier access to the items that matter most.
- Added a home icon on the left navigation menu that will bring you to the home page of ZoetisDx.
2-Factor Authentication
- Upon your first-time logging into ZoetisDx, you may be presented with a 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) message. This additional login step reinforces the security of ZoetisDx and protects you and your patient information.
- Failure to log in 5 consecutive times will lock your account for exactly 24 hours from the time of the 5th failed login attempt. For assistance with unlocking your account, please contact customer support or visit the Support page.
Enhanced Patient Information Page with Consultation Reports
- The Patient Information page allows you to toggle between the Patient's Results and Patient's Consultations view, enabling quicker access to consultation reports and other information related to a patient's previous consultations.

ZoetisDx 2.12 includes the following improvements:

General Layout Improvements
- Updated the background image and format of the login page.
- Reordered the icons on the left navigation menu.
- Added text underneath the icons that display the page titles that each icon represents.
- Added the ability to search for patients by doctor name in addition to owner, patient name, or patient ID.

Expanded View of Test Information
- When adding a test(s) from the drop-down list on the Create New Order page, selecting the check box will open an expanded view of the test(s) information.
Visibility of Date Ranges
- Date ranges for which results are displayed can be seen on the following pages:
  - Results page
  - Orders page
  - Patients page
  - Patient Information page

Tube Type Key
- Added the following items to the key: TAT, WTTO, GRYTT, and RBTT.

Chemistry Cross Source Trending
- Added alerts in the Responsible Trending graph section that notifies the user if they are attempting to trend results with unit irregularities or when a patient's test has additional results that cannot be trended.
- Added a link within the responsible trending graph that will bring user to the Responsible Trending section of the ZoetisDx online help. The help will provide a list of tests which are currently being trended and other information regarding the graphs.
