Support

Click Support in the side menu to open the Zoetis Support page. The support page gives you quick access to support phone numbers and allows you to file support requests through ZoetisDx.

From the support page, you can:

• Get technical support

• Get Vetscan VS2 rotor credit support

  • Check your VS2 rotor credits

  • View your VS2 rotor credit history

  • Make a VS2 rotor credit request

  • Update your VS2 rotor type

• Get support for Zoetis Reference Laboratories (ZRL)

  • Update your ZRL account

  • Get help with an integration issue

  • Ask a general lab question

  • Submit an issue with or question about a lab order

  • Request a courier pickup

  • Report a courier pickup issue

  • Report a UPS pickup issue

  • Order test requisition forms

Note: ZoetisDx will only display the services offered in your region. For example, if you are located in a region that does not yet have VS2 Rotor Credits, there will be no option to check them.
