Requesting connectivity support

The Connectivity Support form allows you to report issues with the following to get support:

  • Diagnostics connectivity or integration issues with analyzers, Vetscan HUB or FUSE, practice information management software (PIMS), and rapid tests.

  • ZoetisDx application issues

Note: If your integration issue is with Zoetis Reference Laboratories (ZRL), file it in the Integration Issue section.

Follow these steps to submit a connectivity support request.

  1. Click Support in the side menu.

  2. Click Connectivity Support.

  3. Enter desired information. Your name and email will be entered for you from your user account information. All fields marked with * are required.

  4. Click Submit or Cancel to exit without submitting.
