Adding and changing clinic information

After you register your clinic, you can add information about your clinic or change clinic information.

Adding clinic information

Follow these steps to add your clinic information.

  1. Log into ZoetisDx.

  2. Choose Clinic Mgmt from the side menu.

  3. Click Edit icon in the Business Details section.

  4. Enter your clinic information. Fields with a * are required.

  5. Click Save or click Cancel to exit without saving.

  6. Click OK.

Changing clinic information

Follow these steps to edit your clinic information.

  1. Choose Clinic Mgmt from the side menu.

  2. Click Edit icon in the Business Details section.

  3. Make changes in any of the fields.

  4. Click Save or click Cancel to exit without saving.

  5. Click OK.
