This page has instructions for Zoetis Reference Laboratories (ZRL) customers to schedule a pickup of a sample from their clinic.

Scheduling a courier pickup by phone, email, or within ZoetisDx

Scheduling a courier pickup by phone

To schedule a courier sample pickup by phone, contact ZRL Customer Service at 1-888-965-9652 (8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. EST on Weekdays and 9:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. EST on Saturdays). Pickups are typically scheduled for the same day, but you can schedule in advance if you need a Sunday pickup. You will need to confirm your account name, phone number, address, and email, and provide the following information:

  • Location of pickup

  • Time when the samples will be ready

  • Date of pickup (for Sunday pickups or next-day pickups)

Scheduling a courier pickup by email

To schedule a courier sample pickup by email, send an email to referencelabsupport@zoetis.com with the following details:

  • Account name

  • Phone number

  • Address

  • Email

  • Location of pickup

  • Time when the samples will be ready

  • Date of pickup (for next-day pickups)

Scheduling a UPS pickup

Scheduling a UPS Smart Pickup®

Schedule a UPS Smart Pickup® on demand if your clinic has a UPS Placard ID. To schedule a UPS Smart Pickup®, call the dedicated UPS laboratory pickup line at 1-844-487-7522 at least 1 hour prior to your predetermined pickup time, as indicated on your placard ID. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Placard ID

  • Zip code

Scheduling a one-time UPS pickup

If your clinic does not have a UPS Placard ID, schedule a UPS one-time pickup. To schedule a UPS one-time pickup, create a UPS shipping label, then call the dedicated UPS laboratory pickup line at 1-844-487-7522. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Tracking number

  • Zip code

Scheduling an AMS Express pickup

Customers in Alaska should call AMS Express directly at 1-907-278-2736 to schedule a pickup. You may be asked to provide the following information:

  • Name

  • Clinic name

  • Phone number

  • Address

  • Email

  • Location of pickup

  • Time when the samples will be ready

  • Date of pickup (for next-day pickups)
