Viewing test results

Follow these steps to view test results.

  1. Click Results in the side menu. Results are sorted by patient. You can use the Filters section to filter results.

    • If any test results for the patient are new, New will display at the beginning of the row.

  2. Click the desired patient row to view test result cards.

    • Completed tests have a green bar along their left side. Canceled tests have a red bar.

    • Test results that haven't been viewed are flagged as New, while results that have been viewed are flagged as Viewed. Any results prior to release 2.8 (before August 27, 2023) are automatically set as Viewed. Click the word New or Viewed on the result card to switch the status.

  3. To view the patient's history, click View more link.

  4. To get details for a test, click Blue arrow icon.
