What can I do from the Result Details page?

There are many things you can do after you view results and reach the Result Details page.

Result Details page

  • Click the patient's ID number or See full patient history to view the patient's information, including additional test results.

  • To change the test shown at the bottom of the Result Details screen, click a test row in the Patient History section. The dates and time of all the tests appear in chronological order.

  • If a result has been amended or corrected, This is an AMENDED result or This is a CORRECTED result will appear at the top of the result details section. Preliminary results will show This is a PRELIMINARY result.

  • If there are result notes for the test, you can click See More to review them.

  • Click i icon (if available) in the result details section to bring up the test definition and differential diagnoses information. The i icon appears next to the test name for many individual tests within common panels including chemistry, CBCs, and urinalysis. Click x to close the test information.

  • Click Graph icon to view Responsible Trending data for the result.

  • Click the Accession ID to view Accession Results for the test in ZoetisDx.

  • Click Add a Panel/Test (if available) to add a panel or test.

  • Click Clipboard icon (if available) to open a PDF of the requisition form for the order in a new tab.

  • Click PDF icon (if available) to open a PDF of the accession results for the test in a new tab. To view accession results for an entire order at once, see viewing orders.*

  • Click Printer icon, then View Document to download a PDF of the test results to your Downloads folder and preview the PDF in a new tab. The PDF will have your clinic logo and contact information at the top and is suitable for printing and handing to clients.*

  • Click Letter icon to email test results. You can also email multiple patient test results at once from the Patients section.*

  • Click Person consultation icon to start a consultation.

*Note: If your test result contains an attached PDF (i.e. histopathology), you must click PDF icon to save, email, or print the attached PDF.
